Draft for company/legal review · effective date to be confirmed

1. Cancellation by the Client

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Unless the specific booking states otherwise, the following standard cancellation schedule applies:

The standard 30% booking deposit is non-refundable.

Where a Client has paid more than the required deposit, the applicable cancellation charge will be deducted from the amount received and any eligible balance will be refunded.

Third-party charges that are non-refundable may also apply where specifically communicated in the booking conditions.

2. Postponement Instead of Cancellation

Dreamscape encourages Clients who cannot travel on their original dates to request postponement rather than cancellation.

A postponement request should be made in writing before departure.

The booking may be transferred to a future travel date.

Eligible amounts paid will remain as travel credit.

The Client will not lose the eligible amount merely because the original departure date has passed, provided the postponement was approved in advance.

The new trip is subject to availability and operational feasibility.

Any increase in the cost of the new trip must be paid by the Client.

Applicable non-recoverable third-party costs may be deducted or remain subject to supplier conditions.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, Dreamscape recommends a 24-month validity period for standard trip credit.

3. Changing to a Different Trip

A Client may request to apply an approved travel credit to another Dreamscape trip.

If the new trip costs more, the difference must be paid.

If the new trip costs less, the treatment of the remaining credit will be confirmed by Dreamscape before the change is finalized.

4. Cancellation by Dreamscape

If Dreamscape cancels a trip before departure for reasons within Dreamscape's reasonable control, Dreamscape will offer an appropriate refund or alternative arrangement.

If cancellation results from circumstances beyond Dreamscape's reasonable control, the amount refundable will depend on recoveries from suppliers, permits, transportation providers and other service providers.

Where appropriate, Dreamscape may offer postponement or future travel credit as an alternative to cancellation.

5. Partner-Arranged Services

The applicable partner's terms will be communicated before booking.

The Client will have the opportunity to review those terms before confirming the service.

Refunds are subject to the partner's applicable policy.

Any amount actually refunded by the partner to Dreamscape will be refunded to the Client in full.

Dreamscape will not retain a partner refund for itself.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method.

Bank charges, payment-provider charges or currency-conversion differences may affect the amount received by the Client where applicable.

Dreamscape will process approved refunds within a reasonable administrative period after the refund amount has been determined and, where relevant, received from the third-party provider.
