Booking Policy

1. Booking with Dreamscape

Clients may submit booking requests through the Dreamscape website, email, telephone, WhatsApp, authorized representatives or other official booking channels.

A booking becomes confirmed only after Dreamscape has accepted the booking and received the required deposit or payment.

A quotation or inquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking.

2. Booking Deposit

A 30% deposit of the total trip cost is required to confirm a standard booking.

The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, but eligible bookings may be postponed and the applicable amount retained as future travel credit.

Certain specialized programs may require different payment arrangements. Any different requirement will be communicated before confirmation.

3. Final Payment

The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment deadline shown on the Client's invoice or booking confirmation.

For certain Tibet, Bhutan, India, expedition, climbing or special-permit programs, earlier full payment may be required because of government or supplier requirements.

4. Last-Minute Bookings

Dreamscape may accept last-minute bookings subject to availability.

Last-minute bookings may require full payment at the time of confirmation and may be subject to stricter cancellation conditions.

5. Booking Documents

Clients must provide accurate passport and personal information and any other documentation required for the trip.

Dreamscape is not responsible for costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the Client.

6. Changes Requested by the Client

Requests to change travel dates, itineraries, accommodation, transportation, group composition or other services must be submitted in writing.

Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges from Dreamscape or third-party suppliers.
